Now that Monarch Casino is back to work, Monarch Casino would like to help put Colorado back to work. New Team Members will soon be able to work in new state-of-the-art kitchens, four new restaurants, and a spectacular new hotel. During the COVID-19 crisis, Monarch Casino did not lay off any Team Members. Furloughed Team Members were able to keep all of their health insurance during a time where health care coverage was even more important than normal. In a continuing commitment to Team Member health and safety, all prospective Team Members will receive free COVID-19 tests and orientation before beginning work.
